Senior Software Engineer, Custody

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain critical custody systems across various blockchains.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, compliance, and infrastructure, to establish system architecture and technical specifications.

• Ensure our services are reliable, secure, and scalable by adhering to best practices in software design, testing, and deployment.

• Improve current issuance infrastructure to boost performance, decrease latency, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and development.

• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in blockchain, distributed systems, security, and financial technology to inspire innovation within the team.

• Engage in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in dynamic, high-growth environments.

• Mastery of at least one modern programming language (Golang or Java preferred; familiarity with Kotlin, Rust, Python, or C++ is also appreciated).

• Strong foundation in computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed system architecture.

• Experience in building and maintaining cloud-native services using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and AWS.

• Excellent debugging and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in production settings.

• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills; able to effectively engage with cross-functional teams.

• Background in high-throughput, low-latency systems, trading infrastructure, cryptography, or custody platforms is highly advantageous.
