Senior Software Engineer, Core Experience

• Design, develop, and sustain high-quality backend applications.

• Spearhead the creation of our backend system's roadmap, emphasizing scalability and reliability.

• Innovate and employ creative thinking to devise new features that enhance our customers' shopping experiences.

• Take ownership and lead significant components of our product, ensuring they align with both internal standards and external expectations.

• Collaborate across various teams to promote a cohesive approach to product development, fostering agreement and driving successful outcomes.

• Accountable for the strategic planning and execution of projects you manage, from initial concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of backend development experience, demonstrating a strong track record of project completion.

• Expertise in backend programming languages, including Ruby or Go.

• A solid understanding of unit testing and effective problem-solving techniques.

• Outstanding communication skills with the capability to lead and collaborate with varied teams.

• Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
