Senior Software Engineer – Contextual Launch, Enterprise Experience

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance full-stack applications utilizing React, TypeScript, and Node.js, ensuring both usability and performance are prioritized.

• Collaborate across teams to transform customer insights into intuitive and impactful solutions.

• Lead features from initial concept to production, encompassing design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous monitoring.

• Provide reliable, observable enterprise functionalities that ensure uptime and foster customer trust.

• Conduct code reviews, mentor colleagues, and elevate the technical standards within the team.

• Engage in on-call rotations and participate in post-incident analyses to promote long-term reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related area (or equivalent experience).

• 8–12 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on full-stack development.

• Robust background in frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript) and backend services (Node.js, PostgreSQL).

• Demonstrated success in designing and deploying scalable features for enterprise applications in production settings.

• Proficient in mentorship, conducting technical reviews, and influencing architectural decisions.

• Strong systems thinker with the capability to assess trade-offs in performance, maintainability, and compliance.

• Familiarity with observability tools (logs, alerts, dashboards) and best operational practices.

• Previous experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated sectors.

• Exposure to event-driven architecture and integration with third-party platforms.

• Knowledge of cloud-native environments (Docker, AWS ECS/EKS, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code).
