• Contribute to the creation of a high-scale, AI-ready Data Lakehouse tailored for AI Agent operations.

• Engage in hands-on prototyping of innovative architectural patterns.

• Uphold exceptional standards for code quality and CI/CD by participating in cross-functional architecture evaluations.

• Develop platform-level interfaces designed for agentic workflows.

• Create systems that advance beyond basic search capabilities into Reasoning-based Retrieval solutions.

• Implement cutting-edge standards such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agentic RAG.

• A minimum of 6 years of software engineering experience with an emphasis on distributed systems.

• Expertise in Java or Scala as well as Python.

• Proven experience in developing extensible APIs and libraries for use by other developers.

• A preference for constructing automated, software-defined infrastructure instead of manual configurations.

• Practical experience with agent development frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.

• Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Experience in developing 'AI-native' features, including automated LLM-based evaluations integrated within the CI/CD pipeline.

• Understanding of Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) triggers to ensure safety in autonomous systems.

• Experience with GitOps workflows (for example, ArgoCD or Flux).

• Proficiency in Terraform for creating reusable modules.

• Capability to design CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).

• Hands-on experience with navigating and configuring AWS and Azure Management Consoles.
