Senior Software Engineer, Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure software, primarily using Go.

• Collaborate with managers and fellow engineers to define and execute product requirements.

• Troubleshoot and enhance existing code to boost performance and reliability.

• Engage in code reviews and contribute to the establishment of the team's technical standards.

• Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making processes.

• Remain informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 3 years of professional experience in software development, specifically with Go.

• Strong grasp of the Go programming language and its ecosystem.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.

• Successful completion of a background check.

• Preferred:

• Experience with one or more of the following: C, Rust, Python, Javascript, Typescript.

• Experience in developing and/or deploying machine learning applications.

• Familiarity with Python machine learning libraries or models.

• Experience in developing and maintaining large-scale distributed systems.

• Knowledge of containerization technologies, including Linux containers (LXC), Docker containers, virtual machines (VMs), and/or hypervisor technology.

• Experience in debugging Linux application and kernel/driver issues.
