Senior Software Engineer – Clearing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• As a Senior Software Engineer on the Clearing team, you will be involved in the post-trade process.

• Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment, navigating uncertainty to create essential solutions beyond initial requests.

• Design and develop new systems that facilitate the introduction of innovative products for the company or enhance revenue generation.

• Improve our current systems.

• Engage in our on-call rotation to maintain optimal performance of our systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in developing reliable and distributed systems.

• Proficient with the following technologies: Go, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes.

• Solid foundational understanding of computer operations, internet functionality, database management, and the behavior of distributed systems.

• Ability to design effective (RESTful) APIs and identify poorly designed ones.

• Experience in areas related to our field: securities clearing & settlement, securities finance (Nice-to-Haves).

• Familiarity with technologies such as gRPC, Protobuf, Temporal, Grafana, Kafka/Redpanda, Helm, Docker (Nice-to-Haves).
