Senior Software Engineer, C&I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement essential features for the platform.

• Design and lead technical projects utilizing React.

• Build solutions for both the front end and back end.

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders across different functions.

• Develop innovative solutions while considering real-world constraints.

• Contribute to establishing best practices in CI/CD, data modeling, and iterative development.

• Mentor and assist fellow engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Senior-level expertise in React (preferably React 19) and Java (ideally Java 11+).

• Proficient in web services, RESTful APIs, and contract-driven development.

• Strong full-stack development skills, encompassing backend, frontend, and relational database modeling and development.

• Extensive experience in validating changes through automated testing (e.g., Jest, JUnit).

• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, adept at managing multiple use cases while ensuring flexibility.

• Strong technical project management capabilities.

• Ability to work independently, providing technical vision and leading the team towards scalable solutions.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and contemporary software development methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, iterative value while maintaining speed of execution.

• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration.
