Senior Software Engineer, C# / .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and develop secure backend services and APIs utilizing C# / .NET.

• Implement mechanisms for authentication and authorization, including SSO, RBAC, OAuth, and JWT.

• Integrate applications with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).

• Eliminate hardcoded secrets and integrate with Azure Key Vault.

• Implement audit logging and monitoring hooks throughout services.

• Establish and enforce standards for secure API communication.

• Implement PII masking and secure data handling procedures within applications.

• Secure and optimize integrations with third-party services such as Stripe, SendGrid, and Twilio.

• Assist in improving environment separation and deployment processes.

• Collaborate with DevOps and Database teams on security, disaster recovery, and compliance initiatives.

• Engage in debugging, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in C# / .NET development.

• Extensive experience with ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and microservices architecture.

• Proficient in implementing authentication and authorization methods (OAuth, JWT, SSO).

• Practical experience with Azure services, particularly Azure AD (Entra ID).

• Knowledge of secure coding practices and data protection measures.

• Familiarity with API integrations, such as Stripe and SendGrid.

• Experience with logging frameworks and monitoring tools.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies.

• Strong skills in debugging, problem-solving, and effective communication.

• Good to Have: Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
