Senior Software Engineer – Backend, F&G

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee implementations alongside the development team, aiming to create significant value for our customers.

• Partner with Product and Design teams to develop effective solutions, emphasizing performance, scalability, and quality.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager to define solutions based on the balance of impact, speed, and quality.

• Recognize and alleviate risks, such as delivering solutions with minimal perceived value or those that exceed expected timelines.

• Advocate for software engineering best practices and aid in the technical advancement of the team.
