Senior Software Engineer, Backend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop code that is clear, extensively tested, and modular in nature.

• Design features and services with a focus on operability and scalability.

• Support game development teams in selecting technology and ensure proper implementation.

• Guide junior engineers through paired programming and code review processes.

• Collaborate with project managers both within and outside of our studio to provide features for players.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience.

• More than 3 years of experience in professional backend services.

• Proficiency in developing backend services using an established framework (e.g., Java Spring, ASP.NET, Node.js, Django, or similar).

• Familiarity with cloud computing and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Experience with a strongly-typed programming language (C#, Java, C++, or similar).

• Must be proficient in English and willing to work according to US time zones (availability from 8am to 3pm Pacific Time is required).
