Senior Software Engineer – Backend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee implementation projects in collaboration with the development team, aiming to create significant value for our clients;

• Partner with Product and Design teams to develop effective solutions, emphasizing performance, scalability, and quality;

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager to help define solutions by balancing impact, speed, and quality;

• Recognize and address risks, such as delivering solutions that may have low perceived value or require more time than anticipated;

• Advocate for software engineering best practices while contributing to the technical development of the team.

• In-depth knowledge of backend programming languages

• Expertise in algorithms and data structures

• Capability to produce clean, well-tested, and scalable code
