
Senior Software Engineer, Audit β Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Design and develop agent-driven experiences for financial audit processes, determining where autonomy is appropriate and where auditor involvement is necessary.
β’ Manage intricate, comprehensive workstreams related to the onboarding of our largest clients.
β’ Begin coding from day one and quickly transition to having full responsibility for substantial product areas.
β’ Collaborate on a daily basis with product managers, designers, and financial audit subject matter experts to tackle challenging domain issues.
β’ Contribute to shaping the technical vision and influence the team's approach to agentic systems, AI tools, and engineering best practices.
β’ Guide other engineers and participate in our interview process as the team expands.
β’ A proficient full-stack engineer who enjoys coding daily and wishes to continue doing so.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguous and rapidly changing environments, where you can figure things out on the fly.
β’ Possess a strong sense of ownership; you take initiative without waiting for direction.
β’ Interested in AI and agentic systems, already integrating AI coding tools into your workflow.
β’ Capable of quickly grasping complex domain concepts. While knowledge of financial auditing isn't necessary, you are the type of person who can assimilate it swiftly.
β’ Naturally collaborative, you prefer working alongside product, design, and domain experts to solve challenging problems together.
β’ Experienced in leading projects and making technical decisions with a proactive mindset.

β’ Experience in financial services, audit, accounting, or compliance.
β’ Previous involvement in developing AI or agent-driven product experiences.
β’ Familiarity with our technology stack: TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL.
