Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Collaborate with stakeholder groups and fellow developers to create innovative solutions;

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 5 years of experience in front-end and/or back-end development within the industry, including building, operating, and troubleshooting web applications utilizing modern JS/TS frameworks (preferred experiences: React, Node.js (Fastify), GraphQL, Functional Programming).

• Demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for performance and API design.

• Recognize the benefits of functional programming and aim to incorporate it into daily work.

• Value the significance of comprehensive documentation, both internal and external.

• Maintain a keen attention to detail, particularly regarding performance, reliability, and security.

• Favor straightforward solutions and designs over complex alternatives.

• Have prior experience in the FinTech sector (though not mandatory).

• Enjoy collaborating with a diverse team with varying areas of expertise. Engineering works closely with multiple teams: Sales and Operations to better understand customer needs, Legal and Accounting to grasp how global policies affect our financial infrastructure, etc.

• Embrace a growth mindset and have a passion for learning.

• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
