Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and create a centralized reliability command center to deliver a cohesive overview of system health, risks, and service performance;

• Develop AI agents to assist with incident triage, root-cause analysis, log and trace summarization, and next-step recommendations;

• Construct developer-facing features and APIs that facilitate data exploration, debugging, and enhanced decision-making;

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to prototype, refactor, and efficiently deliver high-quality code;

• Take ownership of projects from beginning to end, encompassing requirements definition, architecture design, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration based on feedback;

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Product, Infrastructure, Data, and SRE to translate needs into effective solutions;

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering with complex production systems;

• Strong expertise in Python for backend services and API development;

• Experience in designing and building data-intensive applications;

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or similar;

• Hands-on experience using LLMs or AI frameworks to enhance automation and decision support with guardrails and citations;

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to manage ambiguous requirements.
