Senior Software Engineer – Applied AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Develop and troubleshoot code within a live, real-time voice pipeline where latency and accuracy impact the user experience.

• Create control systems utilizing large language models (LLMs).

• Construct and manage LLM evaluation and batch-analysis pipelines.

• Take ownership of traditional machine learning workflows from data collection to scheduled production inference.

• Investigate production issues tracing from metric anomalies to their root causes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in building and maintaining production backend systems, demonstrating strong general-purpose programming capabilities.

• Proficient in managing distributed systems in cloud environments; adept at debugging from telemetry data to root causes.

• Practical experience in production settings with LLMs or generative AI, regardless of provider or framework.

• Solid understanding and fluency in the traditional machine learning lifecycle.

• Adherence to disciplined practices within a regulated environment.
