This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design and create full-stack applications utilizing .NET/.NET Core backend services and APIs, along with Angular UI/UX.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and microservices that facilitate CAS workflows.
• Create responsive, high-performance UI components that adhere to UX standards.
• Assist in modernizing the Clinical Authorization System, transitioning from a monolithic architecture to cloud-ready services.
• Engage in design and architectural discussions at the feature level.
• Implement scalable patterns for service integration, API management, and UI orchestration.
• Enhance performance across UI, services, and data layers.
• Diagnose production issues and support root cause investigations.
• Ensure applications maintain high availability and reliability.
• Adhere to secure SDLC and best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and security protocols.
• Assist in the integration of AI-driven functionalities and develop APIs/services that connect with AI/ML platforms where applicable.
• Follow responsible AI and data handling practices.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevSecOps, and SRE teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Support deployments, ensure release readiness, and stabilize post-release.
• Strong practical experience with .NET / .NET Core (C#).
• Solid hands-on experience with Angular.
• Experience in developing full-stack applications using UI, APIs, and services.
• Comprehensive understanding of API design, system design, and the fundamentals of distributed systems.
• Experience with SQL databases, preferably SQL Server.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities for UI and backend.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree (preferred).
• Experience in modernizing legacy systems to microservices or cloud-native architectures (preferred).
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture, DDD, and API governance (preferred).
• Experience with Azure and/or GCP cloud platforms (preferred).
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices, observability, and monitoring tools (preferred).
• Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI integrations (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare/pharmacy or regulated environments, including HIPAA/PHI (preferred).
