This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, orchestrate, and validate automated verification systems for an AI-First Software Development Lifecycle.
• Function within an AI-First SDLC, ensuring test strategy and quality accountability.
• Create, develop, and sustain AI agent workflows for diverse test suites based on specifications.
• Establish and maintain test contexts for agents to deliver accurate test outputs.
• Assist in independent QA verification and contribute to system testing in production-like settings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into validation workflows.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required certification or license, as dictated by law or policy.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in software development or test automation, including roles in senior or lead positions where the candidate was responsible for designing and delivering substantial verification systems.
• Proven daily use, for the past 6 months or longer, of at least one modern AI-assisted development tool such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Windsurf, along with the ability to discuss effective usage patterns and failure modes in detail.
• Solid foundational knowledge in at least one major programming ecosystem (e.g., .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go) and practical experience with at least one modern test automation framework (such as Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured, pytest, or similar).
• Familiarity with additional testing layers (UI, API, integration) is advantageous.
• Experience in deploying and managing test automation on at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Azure experience is beneficial given the LVS footprint but is not mandatory.
• Proficient understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, including knowledge of how automated test gates integrate into a build pipeline.
• Demonstrable experience in performing comprehensive code reviews, identifying defects in both human- and AI-generated outputs, and providing constructive technical feedback.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to explain technical decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and interaction with management, fellow team members, and external contacts from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience.
