Senior Software Development Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Responsible for designing and defining the technical architecture and infrastructure necessary for digital solutions.

• Engages in coding, developing software components, and implementing intricate functionalities in line with project specifications.

• Collaborates with fellow development team members and stakeholders to make strategic architectural decisions, suggest design patterns, and ensure the scalability, performance, and maintainability of digital solutions.

• Utilizes advanced programming expertise to design and execute complex features, optimize performance, and guarantee code efficiency.

• Integrates various software components or systems, ensuring seamless communication and interoperability among different segments of the digital solution.

• Composes and executes thorough test cases, conducts code reviews, performs debugging, and resolves issues to ensure the reliability, stability, and high quality of digital solutions.

• Participates in agile or other development methodologies, attends meetings, contributes to project planning, and aids in propelling the progress and success of digital projects.

• Ensures adherence to enterprise architecture standards.

• Supports data governance, lineage, auditability, and compliance.

• Implements secure and scalable AI deployment patterns.

• Engages in architecture reviews and design workshops.

• Constructs predictive analytics and intelligent automation capabilities.

• Develops GenAI and NLP-based solutions to derive business insights.

• Engineers reusable feature stores and feature pipelines.

• Develops AI-ready semantic datasets.

• Collaborates with Data Engineers and Architects to enhance data consumption.

• Builds scalable feature engineering frameworks.

• Enables AI-powered analytics and reporting capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of overall experience in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.

• More than 4 years of practical experience in implementing ML solutions on GCP.

• Proven experience in deploying ML models within production environments.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise settings.

• Proficiency in AI/ML Technologies including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, Time-Series Forecasting, NLP & LLM Frameworks, Feature Engineering, and Model Optimization.
