Senior Software Developer, Web Application

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and create robust full-stack solutions.

• Collaborate within a cross-functional scrum team to meet regular sprint objectives.

• Mentor junior team members and review their code.

• Adopt software development best practices, including TDD, documentation, design patterns, secure coding, and algorithmic optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

• Over 7 years of experience in full-stack web application development.

• More than 2 years of experience with SQL and NoSQL technologies.

• Proficient in Ruby on Rails, algorithms, and data structures.

• Experience in implementing and troubleshooting high-usage, high-throughput systems, including ElasticSearch and SEO.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and the Scrum framework in a work environment.

• Experience in developing with cloud services (AWS), search technologies (ElasticSearch), and optimization strategies (SEO).

• Preferred experience with services, microservices, and serverless architectures.

• Preferred experience in AI/LLM/MCP implementation.
