Senior Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and uphold systems by adhering to robust architectural principles, guaranteeing high availability, efficient resource utilization, and self-healing features.

• Spearhead the design and development of scalable API integrations to ensure smooth connectivity and flexibility with external data sources and partners.

• Create thorough logging, tracking, and alerting systems to oversee critical system health metrics, data ingestion quality, and customer behavior for proactive risk management.

• Improve CI/CD pipelines, assist in automated testing methodologies, and establish stringent coding standards to ensure safe, secure, and frequent production deployments.

• Engage actively in Agile planning, perform detailed architecture reviews, and generate clear technical documentation to facilitate developer onboarding and peer mentorship.

• Assess and incorporate emerging technologies, such as AI-driven development tools and automation frameworks, to enhance code generation, mitigate technical debt, and address intricate business challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in designing, constructing, and maintaining live, distributed systems that manage large-scale data ingestion and microservices architectures.

• Advanced expertise in contemporary programming languages such as Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with specific experience in Angular as a framework.

• Strong willingness and ability to swiftly adapt to various frameworks across our product groups.

• Experienced in connecting Frontend and Backend through REST APIs, with a keen focus on minimizing web vulnerabilities.

• Practical experience in utilizing cloud services to build high-performance solutions, with knowledge of event-driven systems, worker orchestration systems (e.g., EKS), queues, and resource management.

• Familiarity with AWS tools.

• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.

• Proven experience in using AI tools to derive insights more rapidly, alongside a passion for promoting an engineering culture grounded in automation and AI-enhanced productivity.
