Senior Software Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs utilizing Node.js.

• Create dependable infrastructure components that support high-availability systems.

• Enhance system scalability, performance, and operational resilience.

• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

• Engage in integrations with blockchain networks and digital asset infrastructure.

• Assist in managing systems related to token operations, permissions, transaction workflows, and operational controls.

• Aid in the development of internal tooling and improvements to platform reliability.

• Help uphold secure and scalable infrastructure standards.

• Enhance observability, monitoring, and operational tooling.

• Support deployment workflows and automate infrastructure processes.

• Collaborate on initiatives aimed at performance optimization and system reliability.

• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and the establishment of engineering best practices.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and various internal teams.

• Assist in technical discussions and the planning of implementations.

• Facilitate the translation of business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in backend software engineering.

• Strong practical expertise in Node.js, which is the primary technology stack.

• Proven experience in building scalable backend systems and APIs.

• Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.

• Experience with databases, asynchronous systems, and microservices architectures.

• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure and digital asset ecosystems.

• Strong debugging capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.

• Experience with financial infrastructure or fintech platforms.

• Familiarity with Ethereum and EVM-compatible ecosystems.

• Understanding of token standards and blockchain transaction workflows.

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.

• Excellent English communication skills are required.
