📋 Description

• Leading and nurturing the Advanced Social Media Team by establishing direction, enhancing capabilities, and ensuring the team consistently meets high-quality standards across various levels.

• Taking ownership of crisis and incident leadership for social media, coordinating efforts with Marketing, Communications, and external partners during critical or sensitive situations.

• Converting Canva's strategic goals into actionable plans for the team, ensuring alignment with the broader User Voice mission.

• Promoting operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, identifying process deficiencies, and advocating for improvements that enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

• Serving as the quality and enablement liaison between the Advanced Social Media Team and the wider social operators, including external support partners.

• Developing and sustaining the frameworks, playbooks, and documentation that empower your team to work consistently and confidently.
