Senior Social Media Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Leading and nurturing the Advanced Social Media Team by setting a clear direction, enhancing capabilities, and maintaining a consistently high quality standard across various levels.

• Overseeing crisis and incident management for social media—collaborating with Marketing, Communications, and external partners during high-stakes or sensitive situations.

• Converting Canva's strategic objectives into actionable plans for your team, ensuring their work aligns with the overarching User Voice mission.

• Promoting operational excellence by tracking KPIs, identifying process inefficiencies, and advocating for enhancements that increase the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

• Serving as the quality and enablement liaison between the Advanced Social Media Team and broader social operators, including external support partners.

• Developing and sustaining the frameworks, playbooks, and documentation that enable your team to function consistently and with confidence.
