• Develop and oversee social media strategies across various client accounts.
• Convert business goals into practical social marketing plans that yield measurable results.
• Spot opportunities for audience growth, content innovation, community enhancement, and platform diversification.
• Establish strategic frameworks that enhance consistency and elevate strategic thinking throughout the agency.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.
• Facilitate strategic discussions, planning meetings, workshops, and quarterly business evaluations.
• Challenge prevailing assumptions when necessary and offer recommendations supported by data, experience, and sound judgment.
• Cultivate relationships that position Sociallyin as a strategic partner rather than just a vendor.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Stay abreast of platform changes, shifts in consumer behavior, emerging trends, and competitive actions.
• Identify key priorities, what can be deprioritized, and where clients should concentrate their efforts next.
• Assist clients in understanding not only what occurred but also the reasons behind it.
• Help shape Sociallyin's perspective on social media marketing.
• Introduce innovative ideas to the discussion.
• Question existing processes to foster improvement.
• Aid in keeping us ahead of the evolving social media landscape.
• Mentor junior strategists, account managers, and other team members.
• Share expertise, provide coaching, and contribute to raising the strategic standards across the agency.
• Help build a stronger strategy department over time.
• Collaborate with leadership and sales teams during pitches and proposal preparation.
• Assist potential clients in recognizing the value of strategic social media insights.
• Contribute ideas that support winning larger and more complex opportunities.
• 7+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or brand strategy.
• Agency experience is essential.
• Experience working with major brands, enterprise organizations, or Fortune 500 companies.
• Demonstrated success in constructing and leading social media strategies.
• In-depth understanding of content strategy, community management, influencer marketing, and paid social integration.
• Experience presenting to senior marketing stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead strategic discussions and facilitate workshops.
• Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and consumer behavior.
• Strong business and marketing acumen.
• Ability to link social media initiatives to broader business objectives.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in working with performance data.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
