This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• As the Senior Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our entire social media presence and paid campaigns.
• You combine creative storytelling with analytical performance marketing and are responsible for the entire funnel—from the initial reel idea to conversion.
• Independently plan, create, and optimize Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads)—from strategy to reporting.
• Continuously analyze and optimize KPIs: CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, target audiences, placements, and funnels.
• Manage the budget and scale profitable campaigns.
• Conceptualize and produce reels, carousel posts, stories, and feed content for Instagram and Facebook.
• Perform video editing independently (cutting, subtitles, animations, color correction) using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or comparable tools.
• Create visually appealing graphics and templates in Canva (professional level).
• Develop a consistent visual brand language that aligns with positioning as a premium coaching brand.
• Monitor trends: Identify and adapt to current social media trends and formats early on.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy (both organic and paid).
• Plan content and editorial schedules in close coordination with the team.
• Manage community engagement and strategies to enhance reach.
• Collaborate closely with founder Chris Bloom on launches, webinars, and campaigns.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in social media marketing with a proven track record in Meta Ads performance.
• In-depth experience with Meta Business Manager / Ads Manager—campaign structure, pixel setup, conversion API, attribution.
• Exceptional video editing skills: You quickly, creatively, and platform-appropriately edit reels and short videos (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Professional-level proficiency in Canva for graphics, carousels, story templates, and ad creatives.
• Strong visual and aesthetic sense—you can instantly identify what performs well and what does not.
• Experience in a creator environment, with a personal brand, in a coaching/education company, or in a startup.
• Fluent German at a native level (content will be created in German).
• A data-driven mindset paired with creative instinct.
• Nice-to-haves: Experience with funnel tools (e.g., Perspective Funnels, ClickFunnels, etc.).
• Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation.
• Experience with ManyChat, WhatsApp marketing, or chatbot funnels.
• Basic understanding of copywriting and sales psychology principles.
• Interest in personal development, psychology, or coaching topics.
