Senior Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Content Creation: You will produce, capture, and edit top-notch social media content with an emphasis on TikTok and Instagram.

• Trend Scouting: You will recognize popular topics, memes, and formats, applying them effectively.

• Community Management: You will represent our brand in comments and direct messages, responding promptly with humor and charm.

• Reach Growth: You will enhance our social media presence and drive quality traffic.

• Performance & Reporting: You will monitor KPIs, assess content performance, and determine areas for improvement.

• Guidance & Development: You will oversee and mentor a team of interns and working students.

• A strong passion for social media, trends, creator culture, and innovative formats.

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience in content creation (concept development, camera operation, editing, copywriting, audio, thumbnails, uploads, etc.).

• Exceptional editorial and creative abilities, with a keen sense for storytelling and viral strategies.

• Proficient use of software such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or comparable tools.

• Capability to mentor and nurture junior team members.

• An independent and organized work style with a rapid execution pace.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language (minimum C2 level).
