Senior Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for the strategic development and enhancement of UGC and social media strategies for diverse clients.

• You will manage projects at a senior level and ensure the quality and achievement of all objectives.

• You will create data-driven, platform-specific strategies with a strong emphasis on performance and business impact.

• You will lead editorial and campaign planning, overseeing their execution across various teams.

• You will analyze cross-channel performance, draw strategic insights, and present findings to clients.

• You will manage creator and influencer partnerships at a strategic level and devise scalable strategies.

• You will be accountable for the overall planning and quality assurance of productions and shoots.

• You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to optimize processes and teamwork.

• You will actively assist pitches and the sales team by providing strategic and conceptual insights.

• You will offer mentoring and functional leadership within the team, contributing to the development of team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 4–6 years of experience in project or account management within the social media sector, preferably with agency experience.

• You have a strong passion for social media outcomes, as well as for sourcing and engaging with creators and influencers.

• You are well-versed in post and ad formats across various social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.

• You have experience managing clients from diverse industries and varying sizes.

• Your exceptional presentation skills effectively persuade both internal and external stakeholders.

• You are comfortable in front of the camera and have experience producing your own content.

• You work in a solution-oriented, structured, analytical, and independent manner.

• Ideally, you are open to occasional travel throughout the year to support shoots.

• You possess excellent German (C1) and good English (B2) language skills, both written and spoken.
