📋 Description

• Lead and manage the daily execution of social media initiatives across designated global client accounts, encompassing content creation, paid advertising, community engagement, and performance reporting.

• Take ownership of performance metrics and outcomes across accounts, ensuring that activities meet established objectives and show continuous improvement.

• Convert and enhance campaign strategies into effective execution, identifying opportunities for refining approaches and optimizing performance.

• Contribute to the formulation of social strategies and campaign methodologies through the analysis of performance data, platform insights, and audience comprehension.

• Serve as a reliable client partner, confidently leading discussions, presenting performance metrics, and offering strategic recommendations.

• Collaborate with Brand and Client Services teams to synchronize social activities with employer brand positioning, hiring priorities, and campaign goals.

• Plan and oversee content calendars, and coordinate the production of high-quality content in partnership with creative teams and clients, including support for content shoots.

• Generate and enhance platform-specific content, including copywriting and reviewing video footage for short-form videos (e.g., TikTok, Reels), ensuring alignment with platform best practices and audience expectations.

• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok, ensuring effective budget utilization and achievement of performance targets.

• Analyze performance across both organic and paid activities, providing clear reports and actionable insights.

• Link performance outcomes to employer branding and hiring results, utilizing insights to inform future efforts.

• Lead structured testing across content, formats, and targeting to foster continuous improvement.

• Tailor activities for various markets, acknowledging cultural nuances and platform behaviors across regions.

• Utilize competitor benchmarking, platform updates, and industry trends to inform optimization and maintain relevance in activities.

• Stay updated on platform developments and social trends, applying insights to enhance delivery and sharing knowledge with internal teams.

• Manage community engagement to support the employer brand reputation across social and review platforms.

• Ensure all activities comply with platform policies, brand guidelines, and governance processes, managing escalation as necessary.

• Assist in employee advocacy initiatives and employer branding storytelling by identifying and developing content with employees and stakeholders.

• Maintain and elevate quality across content, campaigns, and reporting, ensuring consistent application of best practices.

• Oversee workload across multiple accounts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, enhancing delivery capabilities.

• Contribute social media expertise and insights to support proposals, pitches, and go-to-market strategies.

• Other duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in Social Media, Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience managing social media programs across brands, agencies, or complex organizations.

• Understanding of employer branding and the candidate journey, and the role of social media in attraction and engagement.

• Proven track record of delivering both organic and paid social campaigns across various platforms.

• Strong foundation in content strategy, editorial planning, and multi-channel storytelling.

• Experience working in multiple markets, with an awareness of cultural and platform differences.

• Confidence in analyzing performance data and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Experience managing stakeholders and effectively presenting to clients.

• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, including their algorithms, formats, and audience behaviors.

• Strong understanding of paid social campaigns, including setup, targeting, optimization, and budget management.

• Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to create high-performing social content.

• Experience with social media management and analytics tools to track performance and generate insights.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence clients and internal stakeholders.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

• Curious and proactive mindset, with a keen awareness of trends and platform changes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
