Senior Social Media Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional support to our premier client base by collaborating with creative and strategy teams to deliver insights that enhance their social media presence.

• Monitor project KPIs and work together on a reporting roadmap that aligns with brand initiatives across key social platforms.

• Convert extensive datasets into actionable insights and share those findings with various audiences throughout the organization.

• Take ownership of measurement systems for your clients, including overseeing data collection and suggesting opportunities for further optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in social media reporting and insights, ideally with campaigns that have included influencer marketing or talent partnerships.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Familiarity with social media data, understanding social performance metrics, and the ability to analyze why content succeeds or fails.

• Experience in collaborating across multiple work streams to establish internal and competitive benchmarks.

• Proven track record of working collaboratively and presenting insights to leadership teams.

• Proficient in social media monitoring tools, management tools, and social listening platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Brandwatch, ListenFirst, etc.).

• Experience with data visualization and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Looker Studio, Tableau, Keynote, etc.).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of fostering robust relationships both internally and externally with clients.

• Ability to perform high-level analysis and present insights in a digestible format, equipping creative and strategy teams with actionable next steps.

• Keen awareness of emerging social trends and platforms, with the ability to critically assess how to apply best practices for our clients.
