This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Design, develop, and manage production-grade Kubernetes platforms in both regulated and unregulated environments.

• Enhance system reliability through automation, strategic design, and ongoing iteration.

• Establish and lead SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets to inform reliability decisions.

• Construct and advance CI/CD pipelines that are secure, scalable, and user-friendly.

• Implement comprehensive observability (metrics, logs, traces) to ensure systems are understandable and actionable.

• Minimize operational toil by automating repetitive tasks and enhancing workflows.

• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to fulfill compliance requirements while maintaining developer agility.

• Assist with audit processes, which include documentation, control implementation, and audit preparedness.

• Engage in on-call rotations to support customer inquiries and respond to paging alerts.

• Take part in incident response, conduct blameless postmortems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to the development of a platform that engineers find enjoyable to use.

• Over 10 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.

• Extensive experience managing Kubernetes in production environments (EKS, AKS, GKE, or upstream).

• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, Linux systems, and networking principles.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform is preferred).

• Familiarity with CI/CD systems (including GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).

• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (Python, Go).

• Experience in building or managing observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK).

• Working knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI, ISO).
