Senior Site Reliability Engineer, SRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, maintain, and oversee dependable production systems at scale.

• Lead incident response efforts, address production issues, and carry out post-mortem analyses.

• Actively monitor performance, investigate system failures, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.

• Develop and maintain observability and monitoring tools, as well as vendor integrations.

• Promote a culture of reliability centered on system reliability, scalability, resilience, and security.

• Mentor and train fellow engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a reliability-focused engineer within a fast-paced, rapidly growing enterprise setting.

• Profound knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

• Proficient in using infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Crossplane.

• Experience in developing applications using Python, Ruby, or Go.

• Proven experience in deploying and supporting applications in Kubernetes at scale.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, New Relic, or Datadog.

• Skilled in troubleshooting live, critical production issues.

• Knowledge of resilient systems, application and supply chain security, and SLO governance.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with diverse engineering teams across functions.
