Senior Site Reliability Engineer, SRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Design and manage a Kubernetes ecosystem with an emphasis on high availability.

• Take ownership and enhance the PaaS strategy utilizing GitOps and CI/CD practices.

• Establish and execute an observability strategy encompassing metrics, logs, and tracing.

• Lead the automation of infrastructure through the use of Terraform.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and oversee SLOs and SLAs.

• Design and engage in regular disaster recovery simulations.

• Implement AI-driven methodologies to boost operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in managing Kubernetes within high-load, multi-cluster production settings.

• Profound experience with GCP and Terraform for large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Strong familiarity with ArgoCD, GitLab CI, and the Infrastructure as Code philosophy.

• In-depth knowledge of the Prometheus/Grafana stack.

• Demonstrated ability to design systems with high availability for 24/7 operations.

• Proficient in English at a B2+ level for effective communication.
