This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and implement the site identification process in alignment with regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project specifications.
• Finalize and negotiate site confidentiality agreements (CDAs) and site information forms (SIFs) with various sites.
• Maintain, evaluate, and report on site performance metrics, pinpointing areas for improvement and executing corrective measures.
• Act as the main point of contact for investigative sites throughout the site identification phase.
• Monitor the completion of site identification and ensure all necessary documentation is gathered and properly filed.
• Contribute to the design, execution, or delivery of processes, programs, and policies.
• Manage specific project or process components within the designated area of responsibility.
• Supervise junior professionals or manage programs and processes, providing guidance and support.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on site identification initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Practical knowledge of a professional domain, typically acquired through education combined with hands-on experience.
• Strong comprehension of regulations, SOPs, and project requirements pertaining to site identification.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage and assess site performance metrics.
• Experience in managing site confidentiality agreements (CDAs) and site information forms (SIFs).
• Preferred relevant certifications in clinical research or site management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools used for site management.
• Detail-oriented with robust analytical skills.
