This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Supervise the site contracting process for clinical trials to ensure prompt and effective contract execution.
• Track, drive, and report on site contract performance throughout the lifecycle, focusing on cycle times, aging, quality, and compliance metrics.
• Create project setup documents, such as Clinical Trial Agreement templates, fallback language, and Site Contract Plans.
• Provide guidance on investigator grant budgets and parameters in collaboration with the Grant Strategy and Investigator Fees team.
• Ensure that contract terms and conditions are clearly defined and aligned with project requirements.
• Engage in Kick-Off Meetings (KOMs) and offer insights on contracting strategies and tactics.
• Lead project-specific Site Contracts teams, offering direction, leadership, and training.
• Establish and implement best practices, processes, procedures, and tools for site contract management.
• Manage site contracting budgets and track, control, and communicate associated costs.
• Identify and address risks related to timelines, costs, strategy effectiveness, and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain communication with sponsors, internal stakeholders, vendors, CROs, and sites.
• Foster stakeholder relationships and facilitate alignment for swift contract execution.
• Support Start-up, Global Clinical Operations, Investigator Payments, Business Development, and Feasibility teams.
• Provide updates and reports to clients, senior management, and stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with project hour forecasting for the Site Contracts team to enhance planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site contracting or a related field within the CRO industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area such as law, economics, business, or social sciences, or equivalent training or industry experience.
• Exceptional diplomacy, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to inspire individuals and teams while influencing stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a virtual multicultural team environment and across different time zones.
• Strong analytical skills, including the capability to create or interpret legal language and budgets.
• Demonstrated thought leadership and innovation.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Skill in aligning internal and external resources to achieve objectives.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to independently identify problems and implement solutions.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation skills.

• Familiarity with legal frameworks and regulations pertaining to site contracting in the CRO industry.
