Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain enterprise solutions utilizing SharePoint Online and Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven).

• Create and automate business workflows with Power Automate (flows), connecting various systems and data sources.

• Design low-code applications emphasizing usability, performance, and scalability.

• Oversee SharePoint site configuration, including lists, libraries, and permissions.

• Integrate solutions with Dataverse, APIs, databases, and external services.

• Assist in defining solution architecture within the Microsoft 365 / Power Platform ecosystem.

• Deliver ongoing maintenance and continuous improvements for existing applications.

• Collaborate with business units to collect requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Ensure adherence to governance, information security, and compliance best practices (e.g., LGPD).

• Document solutions and disseminate technical knowledge among the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SharePoint Online (including sites, permissions, lists, and libraries).

• Practical experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven).

• Understanding of Power Automate (flows).

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Dataverse.

• Experience in data modeling and business logic formulation.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SharePoint customizations.

• Knowledge of governance and access management within the Microsoft 365 environment.

• Experience with version control and best practices in development.

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in IT-related disciplines.

• Experience with the Power Platform.

• Understanding of LGPD and data governance principles.

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).

• Experience working in complex, regulated corporate settings (e.g., financial or insurance industries).

• Experience integrating Power BI with the Power Platform.
