Senior SharePoint Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, architect, and implement a contemporary intranet using SharePoint Online.

• Create a structured document management and control system within SharePoint.

• Integrate a robust search solution in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

• Gather requirements, develop suitable solution concepts, and document them comprehensively.

• Develop SPFx solutions utilizing React and TypeScript, and integrate third-party services through APIs.

• Automate processes using Power Automate and Power Apps, and visualize data with Power BI.

• Formulate governance, security, and permission models while ensuring their implementation.

• Provide technical consulting and collaborate closely with internal business units.

• Create clear documentation and training materials for end users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed education or degree in IT (e.g., applied computer science) or equivalent qualifications.

• Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Online and modern SharePoint technologies (SPFx), alongside strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SASS.

• Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and experience with Copilot or Power BI.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to clearly explain complex topics.

• A proactive, service-oriented mindset and enjoyment of working independently while taking responsibility.

• Strong analytical abilities and structured problem-solving skills.

• Nice to have: experience with Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Dataverse.

• Experience with accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and testing.
