This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Qualifying contacts from our AI-Cleartext newsletter and scheduling initial conversations.
• Calling decision-makers who have downloaded our guides, checklists, or whitepapers.
• Future DMC Opening Calls: Follow-up after events, webinars, and direct mail campaigns.
• Cleanly qualify and document leads using Close CRM.
• Close collaboration with the founder regarding pipeline and conversation quality.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or appointment setting with a proven track record.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI — you actively use AI tools and can discuss the benefits of AI in business on an equal footing. Those who are not passionate cannot convince others.
• Experience engaging with decision-makers (CEOs, department heads) — ideally in medium-sized enterprises.
• Independent, structured work style — you don’t need someone to tell you when to call.
• Native-level proficiency in German.
• Data-driven approach: You track your results and optimize independently.
• Above-average commissions: €500 net per AI monthly deal, €2,000 net per AI-Sherpa deal — no cap.
• Fair base salary on top.
