This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct calls for the newsletter: Qualify contacts from our "KI-Klartext" AI newsletter and arrange initial meetings.
• Lead-magnet follow-up calls: Reach out to decision-makers who have downloaded our guides, checklists, or whitepapers.
• DMC outreach calls (prospective): Follow up after events, webinars, and direct-mail campaigns.
• Rigorously qualify leads and document findings in Close CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the founder regarding pipeline management and call quality.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or appointment setting, with a verifiable success record.
• A genuine passion for AI — you actively use AI tools and can discuss the business benefits of AI on an equal level; enthusiasm is crucial to persuade others.
• Experience in engaging with decision-makers (CEOs, department heads) — preferably within mid-sized companies (Mittelstand).
• Independent and organized work style — you don’t require supervision to determine when to make calls.
• Native-level proficiency in German.
• Data-driven mindset: you monitor your results and constantly seek to improve your performance.
• Above-average commissions: €500 net for each AI monthly contract closed, €2,000 net for each AI Sherpa contract closed — no upper limit.
