Senior Services Delivery Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to identify technical requirements aligned with specific business goals.

• Plan and execute implementation engagements, deploy solution components, and take part in product configuration efforts to fulfill clients’ unique requirements and business objectives.

• Engage with diverse internal and client teams to ensure a smooth rollout of BigID solutions and successful integration into customers’ environments.

• Provide training on relevant technologies at an appropriate level of depth and detail for the intended audience.

• Collaborate closely with our Engineering and Product Management teams to document product issues, enhancement requests identified in the field, and potential improvements in implementation flow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level experience in information technology, with a minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in product implementation and hands-on technical functions within enterprise environments.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, with a talent for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Ideally, experience working with customers across the Europe and Middle East regions.

• Understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting in areas such as Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, and Applications Development.

• Advanced experience in problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.

• A proactive approach to understanding both internal and customer business challenges, with the capability to propose effective solutions.

• Professional experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments and Linux operating systems.

• Significant experience with various databases, including MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, and IBM DB2.

• Professional experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Familiarity with REST APIs.

• Programming or scripting skills in bash, Java, or Python.
