Senior Services Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish yourself as a reliable partner for clients, assisting them in utilizing Sayari products and expertise to evaluate and quantify their exposure to global business partner, supply chain, and investigative risks.

• Prepare, present, and summarize compliance reports, case studies, and investigative deliverables for customer stakeholders — across L1, L2, and L3 report types as needed.

• Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures while performing screening, adjudication support, and quality assurance on analytical outputs.

• Create and conduct customer training sessions and collaborative workshops; modify selected content for public audiences.

• Maintain expertise and innovate new strategies to address the critical and emerging needs of Sayari's clients.

• Develop and implement AI prompt engineering techniques to enhance efficiency and quality in analytical reporting workflows.

• Provide prompt, high-quality support to clients across various challenges — from entity-level risk assessments to supply chain screening and response to detentions.

• Collaborate with the Revenue team to identify and pursue opportunities for expanding Sayari's engagements within accounts.

• Act as an in-house super-user of Sayari's products, providing actionable product feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Analytical foundation: 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain risk screening, trade compliance, export controls, sanctions, financial crime analysis, open-source investigations, or related fields — roles may include compliance officer, intelligence analyst, investigative journalist, customs broker, or import/export compliance specialist (relevant education may be considered as experience).

• Analytical writing: exceptional written communication skills; capable of producing clear, precise, and structured reports under tight deadlines with remarkable attention to detail.

• Customer communication: 2–4+ years of demonstrated success in customer interactions and briefings — equally adept with prepared speeches and spontaneous Q&A sessions.

• Project management: ability to independently plan and manage projects, prioritize competing demands, and deliver high-quality results.

• Regulatory familiarity: knowledge of global regulations pertinent to Sayari clients — including import/export, third-party risk, ESG, sanctions, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption.

• Preferred: Professional fluency in one or more priority languages: Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or French.

• Regional analytic expertise: experience in Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, or Eastern Europe.

• Familiarity with AI prompt engineering and the application of AI tools in analytical or reporting workflows.

• Experience with graph-based analysis software (e.g., Sayari, IBM i2) or OSINT tools (e.g., LexisNexis, PACER).

• Knowledge of global regulations relevant to Sayari customers: import/export, third-party risk, ESG, sanctions, anti-bribery/anti-corruption.

• Experience with SQL or Python.
