
Senior ServiceNow Developer – FSM/Service Bridge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provides support for the technical architecture design, ensuring overall code quality and maintaining a highly available and recoverable environment.
• Aids in the design, prototyping, implementation, testing, and deployment of business rules and technical solutions.
• Creates custom integration components and connects legacy systems with the platform using mid-server and other relevant technologies.
• Documents, maintains, and updates policies, procedures, and controls for platform operations and the software development lifecycle while advocating for agile development.
• Assists ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution as necessary.
• Designs and develops new applications and services within ServiceNow.
• Supports the ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating the effort required for each release.
• U.S. Citizenship is required. Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance and DHS Suitability.
• Practical experience with ServiceNow FSM and/or Service Bridge.
• Familiarity with the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow development.
• Background in Enterprise and/or IT Service Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow System Administration.
• Experience in gathering requirements, designing database schemas, and data modeling.
• Over 8 years of directly relevant experience.
• At least 4 years of experience specifically in ServiceNow development.
• Knowledge of process and solution integration, workflow design/configuration, and reporting.
• Experience with integration components (such as SSO, LDAP) and web technologies (including XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services).
• Familiarity with LDAP Integration, ServiceNow Development APIs, and troubleshooting performance-related issues.
