This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Consultants, and Professional Services Delivery to define, shape, and position service offerings that enhance customer outcomes and boost services bookings.
• Convert customer needs into clear solution strategies, effort assessments, and high-quality Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Work closely with Sales, Services Sales leadership, Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and Technical Consultants to create value-driven service proposals.
• Draft and polish Statements of Work (SOWs) and related proposal content to guarantee clarity, completeness, and compliance with commercial and delivery standards.
• Examine discrepancies between sold scope and actual outcomes, providing recommendations for enhancements to templates, estimating guidelines, and scoping playbooks.
• Effectively communicate intricate technical and delivery concepts in a straightforward, customer-friendly way, adjusting the level of detail based on the audience.
• Establish trusted relationships across Sales, Services, Product, and Engineering to eliminate obstacles and enhance the customer experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in professional services solutioning, solution consulting, delivery management, business analysis, or a similar customer-facing role in enterprise software/SaaS.
• Proven experience in scoping and documenting service engagements, including the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), assumptions/dependencies, and change management.
• Capability to estimate effort and convert requirements into phased delivery plans; knowledge of implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to distill inputs from technical and business stakeholders into clear recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present service solutions and sway decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Solution Consultants, Delivery, Product, and Engineering; adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Agile) are advantageous.
