Senior Service Delivery Manager – Software Publisher Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and develop the delivery infrastructure for the Software Publisher Services practice.

• Ensure consistent delivery across all engagements.

• Construct and oversee the business systems that monitor quality frameworks, resource management, team growth, and governance.

• Supply operational data to the leadership team while remaining free from operational involvement.

• Foster a robust, united team culture across various regions.

• Design, uphold, and enforce quality frameworks, checklists, and processes to maintain delivery standards.

• Manage the shared resource pool effectively across regions.

• Serve as the primary authority on career development, skills frameworks, and training for both delivery and technical teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in delivery management, operations management, or program management within a professional services or advisory setting.

• Background in software license compliance, software asset management, or a related technology advisory area is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in establishing governance systems, quality frameworks, and operational processes, either from the ground up or through significant improvements to existing ones.

• Proven experience in managing a shared resource pool or bench model.

• Experience in international delivery.

• Familiarity with delivery tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
