Senior SEO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for Koinly's organic search performance, overseeing everything from keyword strategy to content creation and ranking outcomes.

• Establish the SEO strategy, including keyword research, site architecture, content planning, and cluster organization.

• Personally write and optimize the content.

• Create new content, refresh existing pages, and manage the entire content lifecycle.

• Take charge of on-page SEO across the entire site, covering titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, content organization, and schema markup.

• Continuously monitor and surpass competitors.

• Develop and sustain your own performance dashboards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO with an emphasis on content-driven organic growth.

• Ability to demonstrate pages and sites that you have personally ranked.

• Evidence of specific keywords, positions achieved, and actions taken.

• Prioritize writing skills with a secondary focus on SEO.

• Background in content creation, writing, or journalism that has transitioned towards SEO.

• Strong instincts for on-page SEO, including search intent analysis, title optimization, internal linking, content structure, and CTR optimization.

• Proficient in tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and GA4.

• Comfortable working under the guidance of a manager who may not specialize in SEO.

• Excellent written English skills at a native or near-native proficiency level.
