This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Supervise campaign strategies and collaborate with the Manager on advanced search techniques while establishing continuous strategic frameworks for efficiency.

• Manage daily operations of mid and high tier accounts to ensure maximum performance.

• Direct media planning for new client accounts.

• Collaborate with team leadership to oversee and optimize large-scale budgets, ensuring effective allocation to maximize investment and achieve agency targets.

• Oversee the performance of Analyst, Coordinator, and Manager roles, including their training, development, and quality control.

• Partner with the CSM lead to establish North Star Metrics for every client.

• Conduct campaign audits to ensure thorough analysis, accurate findings, and the implementation of relevant recommendations.

• Develop and execute robust A/B testing frameworks to continually enhance campaign performance.

• Create, manage, and refine processes and best practices to achieve operational excellence for internal efficiency and ultimate client success.

• Formulate comprehensive strategies and frameworks for underperforming accounts, ensuring alignment and implementation with CDM best practices.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on client status and performance.

• Lead cross-team communication with the conversion rate optimization and integration teams.

• Maintain consistent communication with team members through one-on-one meetings and team discussions to address challenges, provide feedback, and align on goals.

• Conduct annual performance reviews for all junior team members to deliver clear feedback on their performance and growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in the English language and residing in Canada.

• Over 4 years of experience in Paid Search advertising.

• Advanced knowledge and extensive experience with Google Ads.

• Proven experience managing over $300K/month in paid search expenditure.

• A minimum of 2 years of agency experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
