Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage vulnerability management across infrastructure, platforms, and applications.

• Develop, operate, and enhance SIEM/XDR capabilities.

• Analyze and respond to security incidents.

• Create and implement detection strategies for suspicious behaviors.

• Lead and participate in threat modeling sessions and security design assessments.

• Propel infrastructure and CI/CD hardening initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to address vulnerabilities.

• Design and execute automation to boost efficiency in security operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in security, software, or infrastructure engineering.

• Extensive hands-on experience in vulnerability management.

• Familiarity with SIEM platforms (e.g., Wazuh, Splunk, ELK).

• In-depth knowledge of AWS, Linux, and Kubernetes infrastructure.

• Practical experience in assessing findings from vulnerability scanners and bug bounty initiatives.

• Understanding of common security vulnerabilities and mitigation techniques (OWASP, SANS, etc.).

• Awareness of compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS and SOC 2.
