This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Oversee, monitor, and maintain customer-oriented cloud infrastructure (Azure and/or AWS, OVH Cloud) that supports CallMiner's intelligent CX automation platform.
• Manage SIP telephony integrations for client deployments: establish and maintain connectivity through SIP trunking providers, direct trunks, and clients' enterprise telephony infrastructure (PBX, SBC, CCaaS platforms).
• Design dependable call paths that balance latency, audio quality, reliability, and security constraints.
• Identify and resolve intricate telephony and connectivity issues across customer environments, including call routing, NAT traversal, codec compatibility, RTP/audio quality, firewall, and QoS configuration.
• Ensure the high availability, low latency, and resilience of real-time voice and conversational AI services.
• Assist with customer onboarding and go-lives in collaboration with Delivery and Professional Services teams, from proof-of-concept to production.
• Oversee containerized workloads and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure, telephony, and connectivity challenges.
• Carry out routine system administration tasks such as patching, backups, disaster recovery testing, user and access management, and capacity planning.
• Strengthen systems and implement security best practices, ensuring compliance with requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2) and audit processes.
• Manage databases, networking, DNS, load balancing, certificates, and VPN/firewall settings.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to convert recurring customer integration issues into platform and process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, runbooks, and integration guides for customer-facing infrastructure.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in System Administration, DevOps, VoIP/telephony engineering, or comparable infrastructure roles.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with SIP-based integrations, SIP trunking, call routing concepts, and real-world troubleshooting in networks and enterprise environments.
• Strong Linux administration skills (Ubuntu/Debian/CentOS), including shell scripting (Bash) and scripting in Python or a similar language.
• Practical experience with public cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS), encompassing compute, networking, storage, and identity services.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools, along with a structured approach to incident management.
• A solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, load balancing, NAT) and security best practices.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mentality that directly impacts customers.
• Strong organizational abilities, managing multiple priorities independently in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
• Professional proficiency in both Czech and English is required.
