Senior Security Governance Program Manager – Secure Configuration, Asset Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development, monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of a key Security Governance framework.

• Organize and manage requirements while tracking the progress of objectives related to security risk, compliance, and assessment.

• Propel and implement initiatives that involve dependencies across various departments.

• Handle projects aimed at improving and fortifying the enterprise's security posture.

• Stay informed about current and proposed enterprise security policies and standards.

• Assist in the creation of security policies and standards.

• Recognize regulatory changes that may impact information security policies, standards, and procedures.

• Direct the design, assessment, and supervision of controls for essential security and IT security projects, programs, applications, and systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC), audit, compliance, and regulatory matters.

• Licenses/Certifications: CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, CISM, CISSP preferred.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without the necessity for employment-based visa sponsorship.
