AI Security Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Take charge of securing AI platforms, systems, and necessary tools to support Westinghouse AI solutions.

• Create comprehensive AI/ML security architectures encompassing data, models, and inference layers.

• Spearhead threat modeling and risk assessments for AI systems.

• Execute AI security controls, monitoring, and protective measures.

• Develop and operationalize AI security controls.

• Safeguard AI pipelines, models, and data.

• Guide teams across engineering and risk departments.

• Collaborate with CISOs and business leaders to formulate AI security strategies.

• Align AI security controls with industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001) and the organization's risk appetite.

• Educate teams on secure AI methodologies, including secure coding practices, MLOps hygiene, and cloud security.

• Monitor and react to AI-driven threats utilizing advanced analytics and cloud-native security tools.

• Create AI-driven security solutions to identify cyber threats, including AI-enhanced malware and automated social engineering tactics.

• Establish and sustain strategic alliances with AI leaders to enhance the capabilities of Westinghouse digital products and facilitate staff augmentation.

• Encourage research and development that aligns with Westinghouse's strategy and digital roadmaps to bridge technology gaps and achieve the intended outcomes.

• Anticipate emerging technology needs in a constantly evolving landscape and promote these to leadership steering committees to gain approval for integration into Westinghouse digital services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, data science, industrial engineering, statistics, or a related field.

• A Master's Degree in Business Administration is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in business, operations, or consulting services, demonstrating growth and complexity.

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, CSSP, and CISM are advantageous.

• Technical expertise in data management, data architecture, cloud platforms/infrastructure, and AI/ML architecture (including MLOps) to ensure scalable digital solutions.
