Senior Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Implements and oversees EpicCare systems and databases to guarantee optimal performance. Analyzes new releases to assess their impact on workflow.

• Specifies modifications to application software or databases to enhance system functions or improvements.

• Facilitates Epic updates, new releases, and system enhancements. Oversees all phases of testing and supports the Lead/Project Manager in project scoping and work efforts.

• Manages intricate IT projects/products to deliver automated solutions that align with Inova Health System's business requirements utilizing the EpicCare solution.

• Initiates resolutions for issues while promptly escalating and communicating status updates to management.

• Conducts and engages in technical and application reviews to assess feasibility, costs, and benefits for Inova. Coordinates vendor demonstrations, site visits, and reference calls.

• Provides recommendations for team and analyst training programs and aids in the development and execution of training/mentoring activities for team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum experience requirement.

• Experience: 3 years of Epic build and implementation experience.

• Certification: EPIC Security (required upon starting).
